Hank & his Shades!!!
Hank has really been interested in wearing sunglasses this year. The funnies thing is the way he wears them. He looks over the top of this glass like an old man.

Memorial Weekend!
We headed to Central Ohio for the long Memorial weekend. Saturday, Aaron & I helped his parents clean-up outside their house. We got a lot done for just one day.
Then we headed to Westerville to spend the rest of the weekend with the Jenkin's. We got in late Saturday night. Went to church in the morning and then headed out on the boat. It was very nice and relaxing to be on the water!! The only bad thing was Aaron got sick and threw-up several times. I got a picture below of him.. He was better once he got off the boat. The kids had fun playing in the sand at the beach.
Monday we went to their church Memorial day picnic. A little rainy but still fun! Then some shopping and lunch.. We stopped in at Cabela's and got Hank his first pair of crocs. They are great summer shoes for kids!

Pretty Flowers!!
I love to have colorful flowers in our yard. Here is some of our baskets this year!! I need to get pictures of the window boxes as they grow and get fuller.. I just think flowers make your home look so nice..
1st Zoo Trip in 2013
We made our 1st trip to the Toledo, Zoo with Brandi & Quinn this year. Hank got to ride the train for the 1st time. He really liked that.. We then rode the carousel and he was terrified to death. Maybe next time will be better for the carousel. It was a fun day. Hank and Quinn are starting to become good friends!

Napoleon's Park!!
This year we would like to take Hank to as many different Park's as we can. All kids like parks and to visit different one's is always fun.
On Monday, May 20th Daddy had Jury Duty at Wauseon Court House. He was there at 9am and was walking out by 9:20. He had to take a vacation day to report for Jury Duty, so after he was done we had a day together as a family.
It was very hot that day and it was just a little to early for swimming pools to be open for the season. We were looking for something fun to do so we hit Napoleon's Park. It is about 20 miles south of our house.
On the way home we stopped at Wal-Mart to get Hank a kiddy pool to keep in our back yard. It was fun to have daddy with us on a weekday.

Sparklers!!
I picked up some sparklers at the store because it's not summer without sparklers!! We got Hank's bath & pj's on and he got to experience sparklers for the first time. What little boy does't like sparklers, well Hank is not sure of them yet. Will try again!!
Hank took a sparkler the first time but was done after that. He liked to look at them but didn't want to hold one. It was fun to see the expression on his face.

Our Dog Sitters!!
While we spent 3 days in Virginia we had these cute girls watch our Bella.. They did an awesome job. Bella is a big part of our family & when we can't take her with us it breaks our heart so we felt really comfortable leaving her with Taylor & Paige. Thanks girls we owe you!
Elizabeth's Big Accomplishment!
Elizabeth graduated from Law School at Washington & Lee in Virginia on May, 11th. It was a very nice day and we are very proud of her hard work to get through law school.
We rode down to Virginia with Aaron's parents on Friday afternoon. It was a long ride with a 22 month boy that doesn't like traveling very much.
The graduation started at 11am on Saturday. It was a nice ceremony.
We then went to Liberty Station for lunch. Everyone that attended Elizabeth's special Day. Grandfather, David, Robin & Robin, Marc & Mimi, John & Laura, Catherine, Aaron, Shannon & Hank. It was worth the trip to spend the day with Aaron's family in Virginia.
