Snacking

Hank is not much of an eater right now. He would rather snack on the run. I try very hard to let him snack on good nutritional foods. Hank took it upon himself to get his snack one evening and came back with some cauliflower out of the fridge. He was so happy and proud of himself when he got his own snack out. I love when he is eating healthy foods. It makes me happy & I feel like a good mom.

Nursery Time at Church!!

Hank turned 18 months on January 1st and was able to go into nursery on the 6th. It has  definitely not been an easy transition for him. I tried spending a little time with him in nursery to see if that makes it easier. He still gets so upset when I try and sneak out. Sister Allen has done a great job with trying to distract him to keep him from crying after we leave. It is so hard to hear my little baby crying when I leave. I know I'm not the first to have a crying baby in Nursery, but he's my first baby and I have to get use to it too.

Hank got new Nursery Leaders last week. Sister Perry (Hank's Aunt Jenny) & Sister Becerril. Slowly I think Hank will start to enjoy Nursery and mom will start to enjoy Relief Society knowing here baby is not crying!!

Hank's first Basketball game!!

Hank loves any kind of ball. I think he is picking that up from his cousins and his mother too. He loves to shoot the ball into our lamp shades and on the tables. We had to put a stop to that real fast. 

We thought we would take Hank to a High School basketball game. We went to the Delta vs Liberty Center game. We put a Delta tee-shirt on Hank and he was excited to go..

Hank is #1

We were taking pictures of Hank and he put his finger up in the air like he was showing #1. It was so funny. Not sure he knew what he was doing but we did. 

We got to the game and all he wanted to do was go on the court and shoot the ball in the hoop. At half time of the JV game, a varsity player gave Hank the ball and they passed it back and forth. It was so cute.
